This 3-hour private non-touristy local food night tour will let you try out more than 10 kinds of authentic Xi'an Muslim local food away from the touristy part. This tour is not just about food but also about the local Chinese Muslim culture as compared to other traditional Muslim cultures worldwide. Learn about the local cuisine cooking processes, try unique local foods and enjoy unlimited beers and sodas!
Take a food adventure in Muslim Quarter area (no the touristy part);
Have the opportunity to taste 10 kinds of local food and local beer and soft drinks;
Visit local Mosques and daily sotres during the tour and experience the Xi'an's people's life;
Meet your private tour guide in your hotel lobby at 6:00pm. Follow your guide and take taxi or UBER (by your own cost) to Xi'an Local Muslim Quarter NOT the touristy area. You will see lots of local restaurants and dozens of Muslim food tables along the street-side with many locals who are drinking and chatting loudly.
After a few minutes walking, continue your fun night by tasting 10 kinds of local food items such as vegetable skewers, mushroom skewers, cumin spicy fried noodles, sweet nut candies, sweet potato products, local beef burger(Niu Rou Jia Mo), spinach belt noodle, thick king-bread, sticky rice pies, black sesame and nuts dessert, cumin little baby potatoes, lamb BBQ, tofu or soybean products, steamed rice noodle with sesame butter, dim sum, and etc... Other than eating, you will see the cooking processes, a Male Mosque and a Female Mosque, and daily supply stores during your wanderings.
During the tour, your private guide will suggest a rest stop to sit down and sample some Xi'an beers or soft drinks just like a local!
In the end, your guide will assist you to get a taxi for returning back to your hotel, or you can spend more time in the area on your own.
