Embark on a two-day adventure through the breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Huangshan. With a private guide and driver, you will explore the famous peaks of Huangshan Mountain, marvel at natural wonders, and experience traditional Chinese craftsmanship. On the first day, enjoy spectacular mountain views, visit iconic spots like the White Goose Peak and Xihai Grand Canyon, and stay overnight atop the mountain for an unforgettable experience. On the second day, delve into the artistic and cultural heritage of the area by exploring Tangmo Village and Lingshan Village, learning traditional Chinese arts such as bamboo weaving and the ancient art of rubbing words on rice paper.

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Pick-Up from Hotel
Your guide will meet you in the lobby of Huangshan International Hotel (or your designated hotel) at 8:30 AM. Be sure to arrive on time for a smooth start. The guide will hold a sign with your name for easy identification.
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Drive to Huangshan Scenic Area Transfer Center
Take a comfortable bus ride from your hotel to the Huangshan Scenic Area transfer center, where you will switch to a shuttle bus heading to the cable station.
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Shuttle to Yungu Cable Station
Take the shuttle bus to the Yungu Cable Station. You will have the option to ride the Yungu Cable Car (at your own expense, CNY 80/pp), which will take you to the mountain's top, saving time and energy for hiking.
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Hiking & Scenic Spot Visits
Start exploring the mountain! Visit the White Goose Peak, Beginning-to-Believe Peak, and the Black Tiger Pine. Your guide will provide insights into the history and legends of these iconic spots. Enjoy the breathtaking views and photograph the famous landmarks.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch on the Mountain (at your own expense)
Enjoy lunch at one of the mountain restaurants. Choose from a variety of local Chinese dishes (please note this is not included in the package price).
1:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Continue Hiking
Explore more of the Huangshan mountain range with visits to the Cloud-Dispelling Pavilion, Flying-Over Rock, the Bright Summit, and the Xihai Grand Canyon. Your guide will help you navigate the most scenic routes and provide historical and cultural context.
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-In at Mountain Hotel (Optional)
Check-in at one of the mountain hotels (at your own expense). Recommended options include Huangshan Shilin Hotel or Xihai Hotel, which are located at the mountain's summit. Take time to relax and enjoy the cool mountain air and the beautiful surroundings.
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Evening at Leisure on the Mountain
After check-in, you have free time to relax, take in the views, and enjoy dinner at your hotel (meal not included). If you're interested, you can explore more of the nearby scenic areas or simply unwind.
7:00 PM: Overnight at Hotel on the Mountain
End the day with a peaceful night's rest in the serene atmosphere of Huangshan's mountaintop hotels, preparing for an early start on Day 2.
7:30 AM: Wake up early and enjoy breakfast at your hotel (if staying on the mountain).
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Depart for Tangmo Village
Your guide will pick you up from your mountain hotel and drive you to Tangmo Village, a picturesque town known for its history dating back to the Tang Dynasty.
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Explore Tangmo Village & Rubbing Words Experience
Upon arrival, take a leisurely walk around the ancient village with its traditional architecture. You will then participate in the unique cultural activity of "rubbing words," where you'll learn how to press ink onto rice paper from inscriptions carved on stones.
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Drive to Lingshan Village
After the cultural experience in Tangmo, drive to Lingshan Village, which is about a 30-minute drive from Tangmo.
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Bamboo Weaving Experience at Lingshan Village
Upon arrival at Lingshan Village, learn the art of bamboo weaving from local artisans. You'll have a hands-on opportunity to craft your own small bamboo item, such as a basket or decoration. This experience will give you insight into traditional Chinese craftsmanship.
12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch in a Local Restaurant
Enjoy a traditional Chinese meal at a local restaurant in Lingshan Village. Savor fresh, locally-sourced dishes as you take in the scenic surroundings.
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Return to Huangshan City
After lunch, you'll head back to Huangshan city, reflecting on your cultural experience in the villages.
3:00 PM: End of the Tour
Arrive in Huangshan city, marking the end of your two-day adventure. Your guide will assist you with any further transportation needs or hotel check-ins.
