Huangshan 2-Day Scenic Tour & Wuyuan Ecotourism Adventure

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Pick-Up from Your Hotel

Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby at 8:30 AM, holding a sign with your name. After a brief introduction, you'll begin your scenic drive to the Huangshan Scenic Area, a journey that offers glimpses of the majestic mountains and surrounding landscapes.

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Shuttle to Yungu Cable Station

Arrive at the Huangshan Scenic Area Transfer Center, where you'll be transferred by shuttle bus to Yungu cable station. If desired, take the Yungu cable car (CNY 80 per person), which will whisk you up to the mountain's peaks in comfort.

10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Explore the Famous Peaks of Huangshan

Begin your exploration of Huangshan, visiting iconic spots such as White Goose Peak, where you'll enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding valleys, and Beginning-to-Believe Peak, a site of both natural beauty and cultural significance. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating legends and insights into the formation of these majestic peaks. Don't miss the Black Tiger Pine, a towering tree known for its unique, contorted shape that resembles a tiger in mid-roar.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch at a Mountain Restaurant

Relax and enjoy a well-deserved lunch at one of the mountaintop restaurants (meal not included). Take in the panoramic views while sampling local dishes, prepared with ingredients fresh from the mountain.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Visit Lion Peak & Scenic Rock Formations

After lunch, continue your adventure by visiting Lion Peak, which offers unique rock formations, including the famous "Monkey Gazing at the Sea" rock. Marvel at the natural artistry of the "Flower Grown Out of a Writing Brush" rock, a spot that symbolizes the natural beauty of the region.

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Descend from Huangshan

Your descent from the mountain begins either by foot, taking in the scenic paths, or you may opt for the Yungu cable car again (optional, CNY 80 per person).

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Return to Huangshan City

After a day of exploring the stunning peaks of Huangshan, your guide will escort you back to Huangshan city for check-in at your hotel. Enjoy some free time to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Pick-Up & Travel to Wuyuan

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and meet your guide in the lobby. Begin your 1.5-hour scenic drive to Wuyuan, a stunning area known for its vibrant natural beauty and well-preserved ancient villages.

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Visit Wangkou & Likeng Villages

Upon arrival, you'll explore Wangkou and Likeng, two of the most picturesque ancient villages in China. These villages are renowned for their traditional Huizhou-style architecture, with white-washed walls, dark-tiled roofs, and elegant stone archways. As you wander through the ancient streets, you'll be surrounded by lush greenery and fields of yellow rape flowers during the spring season. This idyllic countryside setting offers a peaceful respite from the busy world.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Traditional Chinese Lunch

After exploring the villages, enjoy a traditional lunch (meal not included) at a local restaurant, where you can savor fresh, authentic flavors from the region. Take a moment to reflect on your cultural experiences as you relax over your meal.

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Explore Huangling Village & Terrace Fields

In the afternoon, head to Huangling Village, where you will experience the beauty of one of the “Ten Most Beautiful Terrace Fields in the World”. Here, you'll be able to witness the fusion of Huizhou architecture with the lush landscape of the terrace fields. In March, the area is transformed with fields of yellow rape flowers blooming in unison, creating an incredible visual spectacle.

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Scenic Drive Back to Huangshan

After immersing yourself in the natural beauty and cultural charm of Wuyuan, your guide will take you back on a scenic drive to Huangshan city, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel or another preferred location.
