Welcome to Temple of Heaven!
This world-famous park used to be the place where the emperors worshipped the God of Heaven 600 year ago. It is one of the ancient Chinese temples of its kind that still stand with supreme status integrity and characteristics.
You will also have the chance to see how local people entertain themselves in this park, such as: singing, square dancing, gymnastics, etc.
Follow a well-designed route that connect all the main architectures of the Temple of Heaven;
Gain abundant knowledge about Chinese history and culture;
The chance to see the local people's entertainment life;
First, we are going to visit the Circular Mound Altar and the Imperial Vault of Heaven, we will share related Chinese history and interesting stories with you and also make some curious experiments to help you understand better the design of the structures.
Continue our walk, we are approaching to the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, wander in the Long Corridor and see Seven-Star Stones.
After visiting Temple of Heaven, we head to Pearl Market, where you can find those fun knock-off brand bags, shoes, and watches as well as pearls. There is a little bit of everything here, and you will surely find some great souvenirs to bring home to family and friends.
At the end, take the public transportation back to your hotel.
